By setting up a Trade Account, not only do you get access to the Bison Reward Scheme but you also get credit account facilities on request, a dedicated account manager and exclusive discounts.
Once you signup, simply log into your Bison Trade Account and browse our online shop for all of your essential First Fix, MEP & HVAC supplies.
Once you complete your order, your points will automatically be added to your account.
It’s as simple as that!
Once you have saved up enough points claiming your reward is easy!
Simply click on the ‘Bison Rewards’ widget on the bottom right and click ‘Redeem’. From here, you can see all of the rewards you have earned, click ‘Redeem’ on the Reward you fancy and a unique coupon code will appear.
Once you’re ready to checkout, click ‘Apply Coupon’ or copy and paste the code into the ‘Coupon Code’ box at the checkout and your Reward will be added to your order.
Rewards can only be claimed via the Bison website alongside an order of products and cannot be dispatched individually.
The Bison Rewards Program is only valid for orders placed and fulfilled through the Bison website. Orders placed via any other means cannot be used to accrue points.
Rewards are subject to change and availability. In the event of a reward being unavailable at the time of redemption, an alternative of equivalent value, or another reward of the same value will be offered.
Rewards can only be claimed on the Bison website alongside a valid order. In order to claim the reward, add products to the basket as normal, and then add the reward to the basket by pasting the coupon code into the coupon box at checkout, or by hitting ‘Apply Coupon’ in the Bison Rewards widget. Rewards cannot be redeemed without an order, however, they can be sent to a different delivery address to the original order if requested. Your account manager will be in touch when you claim a reward to organise delivery.
Points can be collected from the 1st of January until the 31st of December each year. At the end of each year, points are reset to zero. Points will not be carried over from the previous year in any circumstances.
If an order is returned and a refund is issued, the points accrued for the purchase will be removed from the account. The reward will also need to be returned to Bison or the equivalent cash value debited.
Neither points nor prizes can be substituted for a cash alternative in any case.
Gifts are given by Bison and received by the client on the basis that cancelled orders and unsettled accounts within trading terms will automatically trigger an invoice for the value of the gifted goods.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery of free gifts until account status has been satisfied.
Rewards will be dispatched once invoices related to the qualifying spend are settled and only if the customer account is within terms i.e. there are no overdue balances. Rewards can be dispatched earlier if an early settlement is made on the account.
In addition to the above, Bison reserves the right to (i) stop issuing Bison Reward Accounts at anytime if we decide to terminate the Bison Rewards Programme; (ii) to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Bison Rewards Programme by publishing notices on our website; and/or (iii) withdraw or cancel the Rewards Programme and/or the points (including but not limited to the redemption and issue of such) and/or Rewards Account on reasonable notice to you by letter, email or publishing such notice on our website.
